FOR SMARTSPACE MEMBERS ONLY:
- Click on the Venue Type and Duration needed under ‘Service’. More information on our Venues is listed under ‘Details’
- Select the Date you require. Available dates are listed as ‘Appointment Available’ in the Month-view, and as blue Time-slots in the Week-view.
- Click on Book Now to confirm your reservation. You will be prompted to log-in at this time if you have not done so.
- Click on Book now & wait for approval. You may choose to invite your contacts via Facebook/Twitter posts.
- Done! Your reservation has been sent to SmartSpace for approval. You will receive an email once approval is granted.
- Venue bookings can made up to 2 months in advance, and minimum 15mins before commencement timing of your Meeting/Event, subject to availability of the slot you wish to book.
- Do note that you will not be able to cancel your booking less than 2 hours to the slot you booked. A reminder email will be sent to you 2 hours before your booking.
- The administrators reserve the rights to deny booking privileges for frequent “no-show” situations – Venue space booked but not utilized.
