With a high concentration of our working class located within the Central Business District (CBD), battling crowded morning trains and travelling long distances for work has become the routine for a number of Singaporeans. IDA has thus rightly recognised the need to evolve the way people work and so together with SmartSpace, we will be embarking on a joint movement to decentralise working. Singaporeans can now enjoy the flexibility of working smart from satellite locations which are fully functional and equipped with the latest technology allowing you to work from more places than one.
The Cofoundry is an exciting new workspace project that infuses the expertise of two industry experts. While this project is still in its early stages of development it is envisioned to be a collaborative work space that has architecturally bold and unusual nuances making it an inspirational and visual treat for members and visitors alike.

Our recently established Startup required a cozy, warm, yet affordable workspace to work in for long hours of the day. The answer to that call was end-to-end project management in quick turnaround time, comprising simple furniture elements and a theme using mainly natural colors like olive green, birch wood and purple as accent tones.
